Course Goals/Objectives

• Critique and evaluate the professional and critical knowledge of human resource development, change, and related research literature.

• Explain and illustrate theoretical principles of human resources.



• Explain and illustrate theoretical principles of human resources.

• Examine various appropriate topics, analyze them, and recommend appropriate applications.

• Develop a budget analysis using a summary of strategic and human resources plans.

​

• Demonstrate an understanding of various social media tools for recruiting, training, and development.
